Personalised COACHING
Levels of Coaching explained
What exactly is ‘coaching’ and what should you expect from your coach?
Coaching comes in many different forms depending on the level of service you receive and the individual coach, so it is really important to be clear exactly what degree of coaching is being offered and what to expect from your coach.
At KOM Coaching we offer 3 tiers of ‘coaching’ – Training Plans, Coaching Packages and Fully Personalised Coaching.
I explain the important differences here so that you can make an informed choice as to which suits your aspirations – and your budget – the best.
